I bought some opal earrings for my wife here. The staff was very helpful and gave a detailed explanation of the different types of opals and their values. They helped pick out something nice in my budget. Then they detailed how to drop off the paperwork for the return of the taxes. I 100% would recommend this shop for your jewelry needs in Sydney

Went in to buy an opal necklace for my partner as a souvenir of our holiday to Australia. We bought a small piece which was beautiful and not very expensive, however the staff made us feel so special like we were buying something extremely valuable. They were so friendly and kind and made the experience truly memorable. We were given lots of practical information to help us decide which stone to select, and helped out with the process of duty-free and certification. We were really surprised at how much fun we had in the shop, and how happy & enthusiastic the girls were to help us. We left with huge smiles on our faces and a very satisfied purchase.

It is a reliable opal and pearl jewelry store in a very nice building with a sense of tradition. On a trip with my son, I was able to meet a necklace to commemorate our memories. It is a Boulder Opal that reminds me of the deep sea, and it is very modern and unique that can be worn casually. The same Japanese and beautiful staff responded very kindly, and it was a very great time. Let me visit you again in near future. Thank you very much!

The day I visited, I chose this shop after doing a lot of research. I noticed they had amazing reviews on Google and stayed open a bit later than others, so I decided to go straight there. When I arrived, I explained my budget and the opal size I was looking for. It wasn’t easy to find something that matched all my requirements, but the four incredible ladies who helped me were truly angels not just staff. Flor, Amina, Margaux and Marion worked so patiently and passionately to find the perfect piece for me. They helped me choose an opal with the perfect size, perfect colour not too much, not too little exactly what I had imagined. They made my day truly special, and I’m so grateful for their kindness. This opal is extra meaningful because my husband chose it as my 6-year anniversary gift, so it’s now a treasured part of my life. Thank you to all four angels for making this experience unforgettable.

Do not come to this shop if you don’t want to be mesmerized by the jewelry selections and the amazing service they provide! We were looking for an opal stone in a silver ring and had visited multiple shops in the area without being impressed by their selections. Finally, we decided to try one more shop in the corner, expecting similar results, but it was a completely different experience. We were greeted and immediately assisted by Natsuko, who was very patient with our choices and did her best to find the perfect opal ring for us. This was the best service we had received; she showed us multiple options, along with their prices and sizes. We took some time to think about our selections and walked out for a while to consider our decision. When we returned, we had one ring in mind. Natsuko served us with a smile, genuinely happy to provide a reasonable price that fit our budget. She also explained the difference between solid opal and triplet opal. We left as very happy customers. I even recommended her service to a lady who had just entered the shop, and I hope she took my advice to buy from Natsuko. Please give this amazing lady a raise and a promotion—she deserves it! She was just happy to help us find our opal ring and was never judgmental about our choices. This is an amazing place to get your jewelry. BUY IT FROM NATSUKO! I will surely visit this shop again whenever I'm in Sydney.
